Hello my name is Donald (Don) Cottee. Welcome to our website! We have been in business for over 13 years and look forward to serving you.  Our commitment is to produce the highest quality of grass fed/corn fed/antibiotic free beef for our customers.  We purchase our steers from the same herd every year to ensure consistent high quality beef.  The steers are on a continuous feed of pasture grass and cracked corn plus trace minerals.  This feeding process produces the finest tasting lean prime beef.  The beef is processed as requested by the customer, which gives flexibility to customize the cuts to meet your desire.  Once the beef has been processed it is immediately wrapped in plastic and freezer paper.  Once the wrapping is completed the beef is frozen.  This process will allow the beef to remain fresh and flavorful for at least one year.
